 4yrs ago I had a back injury & after healing I found every morning I would wake with a sore lower back.  I reached out to Josh who tailored a program for me, via his app. Now every day I wake up & open My Coach & follow Josh’s program. At my age strength training is incredibly important. I no longer wake with lower back pain & I find that my range of movement has improved as has my strength & a bonus was toning. Josh was great in working with the equipment I have at home & very responsive in getting back to me if I have any questions with regard to the program.
